Click it right here for my latest piece which appeared in the Sunday edition of the Pittsburgh Post Gazette. The article contains new research about legendary magician and escape king Harry Houdini. [UPDATE: Just heard this story was one of the top 5 most emailed on Post Gazette!]

Great article by Mr. Morgan…read every word. In timezwhere I skim the news looking for substance in a media manipulated society, this work took me back to times when reading was pleasurable and written not for reaction but for interest!
Thanks so much for the encouragement. I researched and wrote this because the story fascinated me. I knew others would find it interesting.
Really enjoyed the article… enthralled would be a good description. I’m researching my family tree in Pittsburgh and found this fascinating in relation to that research and the possibility that my ancestors witnessed the events. Thank you.
Thanks for the kind words. Good luck on your research.
Awesome writing! It is good for us to remember that national pride is different than nationalism. Many of America’s greatest names had national pride, humble beginnings, and no government program to aid in their success.
You did a great job illustrating how Houdini created hope for others by his success as well as his compassion for others. Many people see the need for bringing hope to hospitalized children, but several free shows in public for free? And at a time when entertainment was just becoming accessible via vaudville.
