Food, Inc. is definitely my favourite documentary. My best-friend and I went to see it at our university and immediately went grocery shopping just to check labels and be curious about what food we had been eating. This film will most certainly make you question what you put in your mouth, and it made me thank God that I'm a vegetarian and eat a lot of organic and locally grown foods.
