Nothing like a good rivalry to get the juices flowing. By juices I mean that sweet Skittles flavor that will soon be mine after my Pittsburgh Steelers take out the Baltimoron Ravens of Miss Thoughts Appear.
To be fair, Thoughtsie doesn’t follow her team that closely. You can read a funny story about this over at her site today.
I’m really putting myself on the line for this one though, so you know I’m counting on the Black & Gold to payback those dirty birdies for week one’s Baltimore smackdown.
What’s at stake, you ask? Well…
If the Ravens win (gag) I have to watch whatever chick flick TA says. Then I have to write a “Movies Teach Us” guest post for my Maryland pal.
However, after my Steelers take out the Ravens, she has to send me some sweet treats. She is, after all, known for her delectable treats. All I know is Skittles need to be included somehow! Hmm, can you make Skittle cookies? Cupcakes? I need ideas. That’s where you come in.
Wanna get in on the action? It’s easy! Here’s what you do:
1. Leave a comment here with an idea for what kind of sweet treats Thoughtsie should send me after her Ravens get trounced.
2. Leave your prediction for the final score and say hello over at Thoughts Appear. And I suppose while you’re there you could suggest a chick flick that I will have to watch if, and this won’t happen but just if it did, the Ravens (gag) win.
And guess what? The person who comes closest to predicting the actual score of the game gets dual shoutouts from both of us! We’ll praise you publicly if you can come up with the correct numbers.

Interesting. I’ve not had Toblerone, but the Swiss certainly know what’s up w/ chocolate. In fact, they know way more about dessert than you know about this Sunday’s game

I think most of the suggestions here are too generic. Thoughtsie’s rooting for Baltimore, so you need something uniquely Maryland, like Smith Island cake, although if I were you, I’d push for crab cakes.
I like it, Todd. Going with a MD favorite, although a very difficult cake to make. I make a mean crab cake, btw. Too bad for him that he didn’t bet with me!!
